We try to keep postage charges to an absolute minimum.

For orders being delivered within the UK the charge will be -

Up to £15- £4.95

£15-£30- £5.95

£30-£100- £6.95

£100 - £7.95

Delivery of orders to addresses outside the UK and outlying regions (Scottish highlands, Channel Islands or any place outside mainland UK) are charged differently.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Please note: Someone must be at the delivery address when the item arrives in order to sign for it (unless authorisation is given to leave in a specified place, with a neighbour etc) or the package will be returned to the depot.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be highly satisfied with any products purchased on our website but if for any reason you wish to return an item then we will do our utmost to make it as quick and convenient as possible.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Notice must be given within the 7 day period of cancellation. To return or exchange a product you may do so within 7 days of the date of receipt. The goods must then be returned at your expense (unless in the unlikely event that there is a fault in the product) to the address advised by the company. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition and returned to us within a 10 day period of you receiving the goods.

We cannot accept any responsibility for the goods until they actually arrive back to us, so it is recommended you return the items by Recorded Delivery or another service that insures against loss or damage. The overall condition of the returned product will be considered when making a refund.
